The Residential Sound Insulation Program's only choice for each property is that quality wood exterior prime doors and aluminum storm doors are installed. If sliders are to be replaced, clear or Ponderosa Pine products are installed. The Federal Aviation Administration approves all participating manufacturers to ensure tested products satisfy noise reduction requirements. A variety of styles and colors of stain or paint are selected by property owners.
Limited product and installation warranties are distributed to property owners after homes have been completed.
